Ride height adjustment on coilovers?
Anyone know of a good thread for ride height adjustment? I just got my Megan coilovers and I'm a bit concerened they may not be done right. It confuses me since the bottom brack is threaded as well as the spring-stopper.

you should lower most of your height with the lower threaded mount.
notice on cheaper coilover, they only have th spring perches, if you lower the car, the spring will have no contact with the seat/perch if the car's suspension is fully extended.
Newer/better coil over design have the thread lower mounts to fix this problem.
Like i said lower most of the height with the lower mount, so you still have the spring travel and dampering when the car is in full motion.
i believe you have to do it before you install it, but don't tighten it to the last thread, omnipower aluminium lower mount have alot of accident due to overlowering(stripping the thread and tear the whole mount like a piece of paper)

Thanks for the explanation, that what i was afraid you were going to say however since my rears are already in, I'll get on it
put some antiseize on the thread where you perch will be setted at, most metal jam perch will seize if you drive around salty citywalk, rust, etc
put a thin lay of anti seize and it will always came off.
another tip which works great for me is to put a piece of masking tape on the thread below your perch. after months of driving, there will be alot of dirt and sand in the thread. putting a piece of masking tape will block out most of the dirt so less cleaning
