Default Rotors

Just replaced my buddies M3's rotors/pads with him this weekend. There was an EVIL lip on those, and the car was barely driveable.

Took at look at mine afterwards just for fun, got a bit of a lip on 'em too after 25k miles. Nothing serious though.

Question: How long have your rotors lasted? And did you replace with OEM or aftermarket? Seems like the OEM ones are pretty good.

I have about 34k miles on stock rotors including track / auto-x. They've held up very well. I will most likely be replacing them with the spoon or brembo. I've heard some good things about Stoptech lately ... so I may look into them.

I just got my S2, it now has 2300 ml on it. I have warped the brakes on every car I have ever owned not by driver error but by driving hard. Cars include Mustangs, a RX7 and 3 C5 Vettes, but the S2 is the only car that I haven't had a brake problem with. I hope the rotors will be alright when I approach 10k.

The S2 is like my streetbikes in many ways
