Default Rough Idle

Car is AP2 with 60k miles, haven't had valve adjustment yet. I currently have rough idle that doesn't seem to be better or worse if car is cold or warm. most noticeable symptom is that at very low speed when in first gear when I depress clutch, engine shakes and judders and feels like it will stall but it never does, it picks up revs again and go back to idle. you notice this most when stopping at traffic light or in heavy traffic and depress clutch from first gear, or when in parking lot trying to park car using 1st and reverse. once car at speed its perfect. another symptoms that I'm not sure if its related is very mild flickering of the dash LCD screen at idle, my research shows it could be the alternator rectifier, but I don't know, it can be related to the rough idle. anybody experienced something like this? any thoughts?

I have the same exact symptoms for the rough idle but not with the lcd screen. Please update if you get any info on how to fix this.

Clean your IAC: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/492...ean-iac-valve/ That should help you out. Also try getting an aftermarket intake.

Did some research, most likely its clogged IAC valve, I do have some flickering of the LCD at idle, but I believe its related to the alternator rectifier, but it could be connected to the rough idle as well, haven't had time to clean the IAC yet, I will keep you guys posted on what I find.

Motor mounts are OK, but in the last couple weeks I started hearing metal clicking noise right after turning the ignition key on and engine starts, I think there is something a bit more complicated than the IAC.
