Ignition coil packs are designed to last at the temperature of a normal hot engine. They're not designed to last in a hot gas blow-by environment. The insulation may look sound, but the internals (coil and electronics) may be damaged and close to breaking down. A coil pack is available online for ~$90 at Majestic Honda. If you can't afford two of them, just get one and keep it in the car (along with the tools required to install). That way if you have problems you can replace the bad coil pack alongside the highway.

If you replace them, you're wise. If you don't replace them and nothing happens, you're lucky. If you don't replace them something does happens, you'll look cheap and dumb.
