Exclamation Rough idle no CEL and unidentifiable noise

My car on idle is suddenly much worse and continues to chop until around 2k rpm. No CEL at all and I'm going to check codes when I get back home. Additionally, there is a constant bubbling noise that sounds like there is air in my intercooler or somewhere in my engine (still running at perfect temps though). The problem at idle goes away half the time and then the violent shaking comes back at random points. At its warmest the car will idle completely fine with no noise but without a sign it will come back. It will go back and forth about every minute and goes away when moving. I want to say its a misfire but again, no CEL. You cant hear the bubbling noise as much in the video attached so I will try to get it later.

What modifications did you make to your engine?

Thanks!

Has the battery been disconnected prior to this issue appearing? Does idle drop very low, and then sometimes jump back to normal? Trying to discern if the sound and vibration are due to the idle dropping super low and if the battery has been disconnected prior to this, have you tried the idle relearn procedure? Idle fluctuating and dropping very low will cause all sorts of rattly sounds to occur.

Curious about the rattle when it first starts as well, was that there before this? Could just be mild starter grind and sounds do not always come across clear on the PC so checking on that too.

Idle is normal at around 800-900, doesnt change or fluctuate much at all. Battery was disconnected like 2 weeks ago to do some work on sound system. I doubt its a starter grind because it lasts the duration of a whole drive, was still present driving half an hour to work today.

I guess air could be in there too, my biggest concern right now is the idle which probably isnt related to the other noise

Usually the easy ones are the first things I'd try, like IACV cleaning + idle relearn procedure, and then try to diagnose further if those easy things to do didn't fix it. It won't make the car worse, that's for sure.

Right now it just seems like the idle is too low if I am not mistaken? Mine idles at around 900.

Intercooler means turbocharger to me. That's not stock for this car.

Lots of missing details. How old are plugs, coil packs, etc? Intermittent issue to me would mean a coil pack or fouled injector maybe....
