Anybody have the similar problem, I start the car and the RPM drops low then recovers, also sometimes coming to a stop and taking the car out of gear the RPM will drop and stay low around 3 or 4 hundred RPM then recover, this causes loud clutch chatter, when it does this.

 

Try cleaning your IAC.
