Default RPM problemo(possibly)

hey, currently have a problem (i think) when the engine is all warmed up it makes him self lower to very low rpms under the 1000 rpms, mostly about 600-800 rpms, and i thought i didn't have it be4.... neaver realy watched actuly.

been with the car to some mechanics, they couldn't see anything underneith the car(global search) and under the hood(also global search), so they thought it might be a dirt in the engine and put some cleaning stuff to my gassoline. now after 1-2 weeks i still have this(possible) issue.

hope you guys could help me with this :S

model: AP1
year: 2000
engine: F20C

thanks in advance!

Is it a steady idle or does it jump around? Idle speed is 800 plus/minus 50.

well one time its about 3 stripes(600 RPM) the other time 4(800 RPM) and sometimes 5(1000 RPM)
and rarly sometimes it wanna die. hade one time be4 i went to the mechanics that i couldn't release my gas pedal otherwise i hade to startup my engine again, even when i shifted to other gears. was realy strange...... i went to the mechanics cause my car kept dieng once i released the gas pedal, stood there for 2-3days resting (mechanics hade no time)then they drove it in the garage and all off a sudden he just keeps going without pressing the gas, thats when we put that cleaning stuff in the gasoline.

When your engine is cold it will idle at about 1000 rpm. That's normal.

When your engine warms up the idle drops, mine idles around 700 rpm. That's also normal.

If it stalls when you release the throttle you should clean the TB and the IACV.

Your mechanic put "cleaning stuff in your gasoline" because it was "going without pressing the gas"? You need a new mechanic. It was probably just idling high because it was cold.
