rpms dropping below 1

Default rpms dropping below 1
Sometimes when i drive around and sit at a light or any time i push in the clutch, the rpms drop below 1 and i can feel the engine shake. Any ideas on what the problem is?

This is very common.

Sometimes an ECU reset will cure it.

My does that a lot when it's cold out, hopefully it's not a big deal.
