Default rummbling after acceleration

i notice my s2k rumbles for about 1 second immediately after the engine returns to idling after i have rev'd the accelerator. sometimes there is even a second rumble immediately following the first. so it's like this: push accelerator (while car is in neutral), engine revs, then engine goes back down to idling speed, then i hear/feel a rumble (1 second long), quick pause, then (sometimes) a second rumble (also 1 second long). i think it's been doing this for a while. any thoughts on whether this is a problem? my extended warranty expires next year so i might bring it in if it's a mechanical problem. thanks in advance!

When your revs return to idle do they drop below 800 and then jump back up to 800 or 1000?

no, i don't think there's any jumping - just the rumble(s)

for the rpm drop then goes back up u need to reset ur ecu, pull the ecu fuse for a few mins then let it idle for awhile then go drive it.
