Running bad under load - need help
Here is my latest post for my problem w/ you tube video & all the codes.....
2002 S2K Vortechsupercharged with intercooler & up-graded fuel pump,47000 miles
Shut it off it... was running great - the next time I started up I have no powerbelow 3000 RPM.
I have to get the RPMsabove 3000 and slip the clutch to get going.
Seems like it's starving for air, A/F gauge tops out all the time.
On the freeway it seems to be fair - except the air fuel/ratio gauge is going nuts.

CEL turned off for a few hundred miles
CEL,,, turned back on w/301,2,3,4---miss-fires
Sprayed Carb cleaner all around Idle never changed.
Disconnected the catalytic converter, no change.
Disconnectedthe air cleaner box, no change.
Disconnected the intercooler from the intake, no change
Sprayed carb cleaner in the intake rpm's actually dropped
Checked the fuel pressure no problem.
Installed new MAP sensor, no change
Flashed ECU, no change

What has been done the the engine wire harness? Vortech module? By the codes it almost seems like your missing an ecu ground, or a piggyback controller is improperly wired.
Quit driving the car until you get this sorted.

Mike, did you post up issues a month or so ago? I think at the time I suggested getting ahold of Aaron at Pure Tuning in Toledo, have you talked with him about maybe helping you out? I am pretty confident he can figure it out.
