I have a constant Flickr on my cluster while I'm at stop light or during driving I changed out the alternator and brand-new battery still having a problem no other lights dim only the cluster could it be a ground wire or can it be the cluster itself

 

Hmmm thats wierd, I had my climate control flicker from time to time. I just purchased a new one, problem solved.

I bought a new climate control. Cluster is alot more, I would take it apart and check that everything is properly connected (clips,loose connections)
