S2000 HKS header

ANY ONE with the HKS header I wanted to know what exactly had to be modified to make it fit?
ANd is the header 4 into 1?
Does it fit on a stock header.
DO you feel a horsepower gain?

for some reason my memory recalls the HKS header actually losing power
