It will bolt on fine, you may have to change the solenoid wire connector.

 

Periodically since I bought the car 3 years ago. Mostly when cold. I replaced the clutch about 10,000 miles ago and also replaced the flywheel with a lighter chromoly flywheel. The original showed no significant damage to the teeth and it had about 70,000 miles on it.
