Has anyone successfully been able to get the ECU to relearn the closed position of a DBW throttle body as shown here?

I know everytime this topic is brought up, everyone just spams 'do the idle relearn'. But there is more to it than just that. Case in point:

I wonder if there is a similar procedure for the DBW S2000.
