Default s2000 torn apart and put back together won't start now

So I am in the process of building an s2000 for honda challenge. I had to remove all the interior including wiring for the cage to be installed. I get the car back from the builder, wire everything back in and go to start but all that it does is crank. I do have a kill switch wired in standard fashion as per robrobs's diagram. The car cranks but no fuel or electric. OBD powers up but does not connect to scanner. Lights, blinkers, locks, trunk, etc all work perfectly. The green light on dash for immobilizer does not come on at all.

I checked the grounds and will check those for power tonight. Any other ideas?

Does the green key for immobiliser blink for a split second when you turn they key. Wondering if you missed a connector in column area?

I do not see that light on cluster come up. I will check again to see if I missed that connection.
