I'm sure everybody here probably knows this but here goes . . .

I was on a ride in the S and found a set of truck scales, had two people in the car, 3100 even with both of us in the car.

Bailed out and it sat at exactly 2800 with about probably 8 gallons in the tank.

Here's the cool part, with both of us in the car I weighed the front and rear individually . . .

Front 1500
Rear 1600

Pretty good weight balance, no wonder it's such a blast to drive!

 

Hmmm......I have some lightweight mods, I think I'll hit the scale over in the industrial complex tonight

 

I should have got out when I was doing the front / rear test but seems that with two people in the car, the rear axle has about 6.6% more weight than the front.

Just wondering is the Cusco cf strut bar a nice piece? I'd like to add cf bars and probably the Cusco 4 point cage, I think at some point.

 

Honda has had this information out since day 1 - 50:50 wt. dist. dry. This should have not come as a surprise to anyone.
