Default S2000 won't start.

My s2000 just got back from a road trip from NJ and it was doing fine, but when I got home the push to start button was not working at all.

This also happen to me when I was in NJ also but I manage to do something to make the button work (no clue what I did)

try to tap/hit your starter with a long screwdriver, while someone is starting the car, if it cranks up then its your starter/solenoid, i was doing this for a few weeks until till i bought a new one

Well I was able to actually start the car again just recently today by luck just by trying my chances with the button. Now I'm trying to figure out what might be the reason why this happens.

Well your starter can start up all of sudden, but its a sign that its going out, good luck!.. btw when mine went out it started up on its own about 4 times after not starting, then a few days later it wouldnt start at all until i started hitting the starter.
