Default s2k questions/problems

ok so some of you have seen pics of when I picked up my s2k a while ago.
Today I was doing a oil change and trans oil change and i noticed that the car had a front cross bear bar(like the spoon one), And i don't know if that is stock part or aftermarket. So question is do s2k's come with this cross beam stock ?

Also this second and more severe problem has me more worried and puzzled at the same time, Its about the brakes.
Problem is that the car feels as it has a dragging caliper.
i took the rear driver side caliper off and it is seized. I however didn't check my rear passenger side.
Now I had the front jacked up and i tried spinning my passenger side wheel and it spun freely but my front driver side felt like it was lightly braked, i could still turn it by hand but it took more pressure and it stopped quickly.
I drove the car from where I got it to here which was a ten hour drive and my brakes didn't overheat at all.Now the brakes get really hot after just a couple mile drive. i think that the problem came to be from me using the valet and the valet guy pulling the e-brake too much. Is this possible ?
lastly i would like to ask if the BB or MC or even the ABS module get messed up to cause this ? or just something that happened from the e-brake being pulled too much or just simply the calipers seized up.
Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to start trowing parts at it without being positive on what's wrong

I would make sure your e-brake isn't adjusted to tight. When you pull it up, does it go up far or do you get resistance from the moment it starts to lift? I use my e brake while I'm driving all the time and I've never damaged a caliper because of it. I don't think that would do it. Especially not the front wheel as it has nothing to do with the e-brake.

Definitely worth checking your e-brake adjustment but shouldn't be an issue with pulling the e-brake too much--the valet would really need to have been abusing your brake system for it to fail because of that. With that said, you need to keep in mind that when you spin the rear wheel, it is spinning the gears in the rear diff so it's not going to spin freely like the front wheels. If one of your calipers is seized, I would check your other one and rebuild if it has the same problem.

For the front X-Brace...is it an X shape or just a straight bar? If it is X shaped, then it's aftermarket.

It has the straight bar, that looks like a oem honda top strut tower brace and it has the x brace too.
About the brakes yeah i didn't even try turning the wheels, Instead I took the caliper off and tried pressing the piston in. i tried using a clamp to press it in with no luck and I also tried to screw it in and no luck either.
the things is that front drivers is lightly braked and so is the drivers rear so I maybe thought that something with the abs, MC or BB could go bad to cause one side of the car to do this.
But maybe this is not the case and they simply seized up.
Now what would be best: risk buying used, Rebuilding mine or buying refurbished from honda ? Used are generally about 40-80 for both rear shipped, rebuild kit is about $25 and refurbished are $120 each.

Sorry, I'm a little confused, is it the front or rear caliper that is siezed? I'm guessing its front since you don't clamp the rears to make them compress. Are you sure its the actual piston that has seized? Do the sliding rods on either side of the caliper move in and out when you press on them? If its the rears, you need to remove the brake resevoir cap and buy a caliper turning box (looks like a cube with raise notches on each side) at the auto parts store ($9) to fit on your 3/8 ratchet, then crank it in. It will take alot of pressure initialy but should then loosen as it compresses.
