seat belt help

Default seat belt help

hi guys, im trying to install new seat belts and im having trouble removing the part behind the top of the seat...ive got alldata online but it doesnt tell me how to take that part behind the head rest off...just says it needs to come off...if anyone has any pictures or can tell me exactly how this is done i can manage...i spent 2hrs of my free time today before i had to work to try and remove this piece but i hadn't any luck and i didn't want to break any of my panels...started getting frustrated so i stopped

Can you post a quick pic of the part you need to remove? I can help you once I know what panel it is.
