ok, to start off, i threw a p0301, 02, 03, 04, p1399 and another misfire code. (yes i had another post, but it was mostly nothing useful, so heres the steps ive done so far, and i think its running ok, but i need a valve adjust i think.
Fuel Trim is currently
Short Term Average: -17.5
Long Term Average: -7.5
Compression Test:
*Closest to radiator (i dont know the order so i mae my own)
Cylinder One: Test 1: 200, Test 2: 201, Test 3: 200
Cylinder Two: Test 1: 205, Test 2: 204, Test 3: 205
Cylinder Three: Test 1: 205, Test 2: 205, Test 3: 205
Cylinder Four: Test 1: 206, Test 2: 205, Test 3: 206
*Closest to Firewall
Compression seems pretty low on them, im getting a valve adjust, but with those numbers could something be messed up?
Sparks! i have NGK Iridiums, and when i picked them up the guy said that he had gapped em for me, to spec, .044. well, i pulled em out, and wtf?
it was sitting at .33, .34, .37, and .30!? So i gapped them to .044 and it seemed a little better.
I also did the "unplug" each coil while car is running, the coils all checked out fine, and the wires also tested for 12v going into the coil. another thumbs up! (also map whack)
I reset the ECU, logged codes on my comp with some data sheets from my code reader. Let car idle for around 20 minutes, then test drove it. Seemed a little rough still, then it started to feel ok again. I picked up 2 bottles of fuel system/injector cleaner from my local advanced, this time its what Honda recommended for me. one i put that in and drove it, it almost felt perfect, still some clicking from the valves though.
So what should i check still, think my valves are ok?
Sorry for the short story, but if it works out, i have pictures and all, so i could make a nice long DIY thread for troubleshooting misfire codes, WITH pictures, for people who need it.

compression seems a little low but nothing to worry about... I would do a valve adjustment if I were you it is not difficult what so ever. Just check out the DIY on this site and check out the videos on youtube.
I am throwing misfire codes as well. Anything other than OEM spec NGK platinum can cause misfires. I already know my alternator rectifier is bad because my dash is flickering, so I am going to replace that first. If that doesn't work, I am going to do my 60k tune up early and buy new coils, plugs, and injectors. I am going to adjust my valves at the same time.
But I would suggest you get some OEM plugs from the Honda dealer first.

I was planning to get those when i send it in for the valve adjust, i know a guy down at one of the honda dealerships, its a little ways out the way, but im going to get the oem plugs, and the adjust, and i know he will do it right. Although, i didnt hold the gas pedal down when i got i did the compression test... but would that cause a huge difference?

i did it with a warm engine, but not with the throttle wide open, the car is going to a local dealer whom i know wont screw me, because ive known him for years, im just getting it evaluated... i dont have flow test and such at my disposal, so once those numbers come back i can compare data and pick a place to start. also getting oem plugs and the adjust because i dont know if it has ever been adjusted...

Do you still have a CEL?
I had a similar issue this past spring with my '01 (78k miles). I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it was throwing that 1399 code. I tried 3 different sets of plugs, 3 different sets of coil packs, pulled my injectors and had them cleaned and flow tested, MAP whack, ran through a couple tanks of different brands of gasoline, injector/fuel cleaner, etc.
Have you had the code cleared only to have it come back on you (like the next time you start the car after it has had a chance to cool down)?
My problem ended up being the air pump for the air injection system (behind the fender, drivers side).
The impeller for the pump had heated up and melted to the inside of the housing. The motor would still spin, but no air would be going thru it. If your symptoms are similar, it might be something to check....a lot cheaper than a valve adjustment.

sounds like a good possibility... its gotten pretty damn hot. you have a picture of it? or how to check it?
You have to remove the front bumper to access the pump. If you've never removed the bumper, I'm sure there are some write-ups on it somewhere (it's pretty easy). The pump is located under the headlight on the drivers side. Mine looked completely fine, I had to remove it to find the problem. It's easy to remove the pump...2 hoses and a couple plug-ins IIRC. Mine smelled like melted/burnt plastic and I didn't know the impeller was froze until I stuck a screwdriver into the housing and tried to spin it.
