Shift knob vibrates on the highway
Just took delivery today of the car, I can't believe I didn't get one sooner!
One thing I noticed on the drive home on the highway, is that the shift knob vibrates...is this normal or is something loose?? Should I be worried?

It is normal... its pretty much stuck right on the tranny, so there will be vibration.
If it is making a buzzing sound, I think there is a washer or something that is loose that you can see if you take off the shift boot.

In a rear wheel drive car, generally the shifter is solidly mounted to the tranny. Makes for more positive shifts but more vibration.
