shifting issues
when i go to rev match into 4th 3rd or 2nd gear, sometimes if i let it ride down under 3k rpms and push in the clutch the clutch will not dis engage and i will have to push it out of gear or try and push the clutch in again to take it ouf of gear. any idea would be much appreciated
i would bleed it and see if that helps, also check inside your car for leakage from the clutch pedal.
when bleeding make sure the the fluid does not get too low so air doesnt get into the system, might want to get a friend to help

If the clutch is not disengaging properly even if you floor the clutch pedal, sounds like the pressure plate might be on its way out, unless you are leaking clutch fluid (Keep reading). How many miles does your clutch have now? Is it also hard to do normal shifts?
Clutch fluid shouldn't be an issue if its at the full mark. If it is at the full mark, that is also a strong indication that the slave and master cylinders are not leaking (Being the slave cylinder the one that usually starts to leak first). Also, clutch fluid will last 100K+ miles easy.

My OEM clutch parts started acting up at about 65K miles. I left it as is until I could not shift at all unless I double clutched
So here's the deal, check your clutch fluid. If its full, time to replace the clutch disc and pressure plate
Here's what I have and recommend:
* ACT Heavy Duty pressure plate and street disc (Comes as a kit that also includes the throw out bearing and clutch alignment tool).
* If you have some extra cash, I STRONGLY recommend you replace the flywheel too since you will have the gearbox out anyway. Im using a Fidanza 7lb flywheel.
