Default Shifting problem. Help needed **SOLVED**

Sometime I shift into 1st gear the car shaked like it hit a speed bump. It happen almost everytime i shift from 1st to 2nd gear and every other gears(the higher the gear the lesser it shake). At first i thought i hit a small speed bump on the road but it was actually from the car itshelf. I can hear the thumbing noise as well. And it happen when i shift at low RPM, if i shift at 4-5k or higher it doesnt shake like that. Anyone know how to fix it and what part need to be replaced? Thanks

P.S I engaged the clutch 100% everytime I shift

BTW it is a 2000 AP1 with almost 100k

Update: I think i solved it with a tranny fluid change. The car drive like brand new now. Thanks everyone. Btw the tranny/engine mounts are still good. i never thought a tranny fluid change make a huge improvement like this.

the car doesnt stall at all as the RPM didnt drop. The shake feel almost like you hit a very small speed bump. I can certainly feel the tranmission wanna jump out of the car but it doesnt. I been driving it like that for about 2k miles

yes there is knocking noises. It hard to rev high when stuck in traffics. Will it hurt the tranny if i keep shifting like that?

Could it be that you are releasing the clutch to soon thereby making the car jerk or "stall" sort of? I know this happened to me a lot when I first got my S since it was new to me. I would try replacing the clutch fluid and tranny oil.

when going from 1st to 2nd i think it'll help if you keep you clutch at the engagement point for like a second or maybe like half a second, before fully engaging the clutch.
it'll make it alot smoother.
