Ok, i have this weird problem where my sidemarkers (the front and the sides) don't come on. At first i thought it was the fuses, but my turn signals work fine (go figure). I'm assuming that they're on the same fuse correct? Any ideas why my side lights won't work but my turn signals do? Did a search and came up with nothing. Thanks.

 

The side markers only flash with the turn signals. You know that, right?

I guess side marker is really a misnomer as they don't illuminate with the running lights.

 

Yeah ok, i'll admit, i'll a noob when it comes to the s2k as this is my first honda and import. I've only had it for a good three weeks lol. I came from Ford since i was 15 :-/...

So the only time the sidelights come on is for flashers? they don't come on with the headlights? I never checked before... i just noticed it when my roommate mentioned it.

 

they only flash/light up when the you're using the turn signals they are not permanently on

The side markers are called repeaters all they do is blink they are required on cars sold in some other countries but not ours, most cars assembled outside the united states have them.

 

is there anyway to rig them up to be on like running lights? Has anyone done that?
