Default Signals And Hazards aren't working

Alright, so this topic has already been covered but I couldn't get a definite answer.

Turn signals on dash does not illuminate
When I turn on the switch, there is no clicking
I checked all fuses and they are still good. I even tried swapping them around
I also swapped around the relays in the engine bay fuse box for the lighting slot 1 and 2
I replaced my flasher relay hoping this was it but it still doesn't work.

Anyone else have an idea?

Can one burnt bulb make the whole system not work?

Lift up your center console and make sure the hazard button is plugged into the harness. If not then you'll have those exact symptoms

Yes, I checked it yesterday. Could it be a bad switch?

You can test the switch, looking at the switch pin 1 is top left and there are 4 pins on the top row

Switch off, test continuity between:
5 and 10
8 and 9 (bulb)

Switch on, test continuity between:
1, 2, 3, 4
6 and 10
8 and 9 (bulb)

According to the service manual if 8 and 9 is dead replace the bulb in the hazard switch, if anything else doesn't have continuity then the switch is bad

There's also a test procedure for the flasher if the switch isn't faulty

You are talking about the harness connected to the hazard switch right?

The bulb in the switch works when I turn on my lights.
