Default Sleeving a Block Question

My block is being sleeved as we speak, but I have got a few different answers from machine shops about line honing the mains after getting the sleeves installed. Some have told me it is not needed, but other claim that the block relaxes after cutting the factory sleeves out, and the mains need to be honed to put them back in line.

I was just wanting to know if it is really needed or if they are just looking to charge me more money??

well you can measure the bores after the sleeving and go from there but usually you line hone if you are installing main studs and are not using the main bolts
