Default Slight Vibration - Occurs When Taking Off

I have an odd issue that's just developed. After I've let the car sit and when I first start it back up, put the car in first and start driving, after the car starts moving for about 3 or 4 seconds, I'll feel a slight vibration somewhere in the drivetrain. It feels like it's coming from the front or center of the car.

Odd thing is that the vibration only occurs once when I first start driving in 1st and never again is felt. It only appears when first taking off. It never occurs while reversing as well. Only in 1st moving forward.

The vibration is minor, but I'd like to track down the cause and remedy this to prevent and further issues.

Anyone have any ideas or experienced something similar?

*EDIT*

After taking a quick drive, confirmed to feel the slight vibration when the clutch has just about fully engaged in 1st and my foot is still on the clutch pedal and I'm right about to let off it.

Is it vibrating while engaging the clutch, a.k.a. clutch chatter?

No, it happens usually right after I've let the clutch out when I first start driving.

Actually, now that I think about it, it might occur when the clutch is engaging. I'll double check when I get home later today. It either occurs immediately after I've completely let off the clutch pedal or as the clutch is still engaging.

Still curious why this only occurs once though.

Motor mount? If only mount on one side is bad, could explain why it doesn't occur in reverse.

I'm still confused why the vibration would only occur once though when I first start out in 1st gear.

Is car lowered? Could be in need of swapping CV cups. Search for it on the forum.

I have a 2007 BONE STOCK, with 45K miles and it does the same shit.
It only shakes when engaging 1st and taking off, after that NO issues
My mech checked both motor mounts and they are good
