I was under my car and just noticed this, ni other symptoms or noises heard. What the heck is leaking? surely this is not good. I put an arrow where it seems to be coming out of. Is it from the trans or prop shaft. i know the propshaft ends are filled with some sort of grease.

Any ideas?

let me know what you did to fix it my s looks EXACTLY like this. just checked it out today were you getting a vibrating noise as well around 2.5 to 3.5 rpms

 

Could be the grease that in the shift lever housing.
