Small Oil Catch Can?
I have been searching for the last two hours.
I have a Vortech and I want to keep my cruise control
I'm looking for a solution that looks good, and fits in an accessible area.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated
thanks
Mitch

cheap, easy to make, and works pretty good. just have to empty it kinda often depending on how much you drive.

S2KSuzuka, I like the Vibrant idea and the look, but where to mount? I also think the Carbing Oil Catch Tank is a good idea too, nice, small and comes with simple mounting hardware.
Here is another idea... if you hook either one up like normal and then also hook the drain to the crankshaft and the Intake to the top intake side via a oneway valve I am thinking it will suck the Oil back into the crankcase but not flow back because of the one way valve... plus the PCV will still vent the crankcase... any ideas on that?
What I am trying to come up with is a self-maintaining system that will dump the oil back into the motor during times of negative pressure. Either that or find some way to setup an electric oil pump to pump it back in when oil is detected and the engine is off... I will be working on this until I figure out something. I wish there was an electronic dipstick so I could tell when the oil is low instead of having to check it every other day.

thanks man!! thats gonna be the mod of the week...when i have time ~time to go run down to sears/home depot!
I tried the small one but it filled up too quickly and the o-ring kept coming out whenever emptying it. Guaranteed oily hands to get it positioned properly again.
I have the Vibrant one now: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry14173304 (Look for my Aug 25th post)
You don't typically need one for street driving, I don't get a drop of oil in the can until I autocross on R-compounds. You just can't generate enough G-force on the street to make the oil slosh to the PCV pickup.
