Soft Top HELP!

Default Soft Top HELP!

I replaced my 03 motor with one with less miles on it since then my soft top does not work anymore I have no clue as to why it doesnt work I have a test light and checked the power going to the switch and theres power for up and down the hazards work too no problem i checked all the fuses under the dash ( dont kow if theres a reason but i did ) and everything is fine but when I push the button nothing and yes im stopped and e brake is up i tried car on and car off still nothing no sound at all when i push the button please help

check for power at the motors then.

im not sure if this applies to S2000's but i work at a VW dealer and on our convertables, if there is a malfunction with a window, the top wont operate, so make sure your windows go up and down ALL THE WAY as well.

thanks rally anyone else have any ideas as to why replacing the engine affected my soft top ?

same issue happen to mine. sometimes it works but sometimes not. what i did is disconnected the safety switch under dash passenger side and plug it back and it work as it should. but now it's not working again.
