Default Soft top not working and pass window Need diagnosis

My car was recently hit in a driveway and the damage was to the rear quarter. The body shop removed the softtop with the motors straight up and out of the vehicle without it being folded. The drivers door card was also disassembled. Now my soft top does not work and appetantly neither does my passenger window. There is power to and out of the roof switch. The motors do work they jumped them and confirmed that. There is just no power going to them I guess. What are the causes for this? Is it the module. Wiring somewhere. Or the drivers side window switches? Or something else?

i had the exact same problem that i put off for over 6-7 months untill the summer came and i wanted my top and passenger window to work.
so after some analysis and ripping apart my whole entire interior it came out to be the soft top control module part number 86500-S2A-A01
i got for about 120 shipped from a site but if you go to the dealer they want to over 250, just use google to find a price. im 100% sure this will make your top and window work again. if your not getting any sort of response or clicking from the buttons.
for some odd reason honda thought it would be nice to wire up one window to a control that controls the top but the drivers window be on its own lol
by the way this module is on the passenger side above your feet. its a shiny box and if i stil remember correctly its got a blue sticker with 2 big conections going in. its easier to get to it if you remove that little panel where a normal car would have its glove compartment.
before anything though just check the connections to make sure nothing is loose and/or your fuses too.

That's what they said it may be. Why would this die simply from soft top removal? And I'm refusing payment because both windows and the soft top worked flawlessly when I took it there. Now that it has been removed it no longer works.

the module is pretty common to go out in ap1s more than ap2 but my philosophy is that the ap1 is a bit older so im pretty sure eventually the ap2s will have this problem too, its the same part number.
anyways one day i went to some party and 2 girls got in my passenger and when i was going back home i tried rolling the windows and the passenger didnt work, until the next morning i realized both things went out. i didnt do anything to the car i guess its just one of those things that break after time with no explanation.

My top just went out. I can't put it back up except for the driver's side window. No response whatsoever. I put it down while in ignition II without the motor on (done it a few times with no problems). Checked the fuses and looks fine. I am thinking its the soft top control module...

I know this is an old thread. However, it recently helped me identify the soft top control module as the cause for my soft top and passenger window to stop working out of the blue. Have a MY'02 with 36k. Soft top and passenger window worked fine one day and the next day, not so much. Purchased/installed a used OEM soft top control module off of Ebay, which fixed both issues. Thanks to those who provided the technical advice on the problem.

My passenger window IS working, but the top is not. Any idea what might be the cause in this situation?
