Will probably be doing my soft top this year. Looking at the available instructions it recommends having some 4mm x 1/4"(L, 6.35mm) rivets ahead of time. I've found some . For those that have done their own soft top, is it better to go on the short side or go on the longer side, like 6mm vs 8mm?

 

What do the actual Robbins roof instructions state? Just saying, I spent the money for professional installation and recommend it. It's a detail intensive job requiring lots of tools.

No idea. Haven't ordered it yet and was hoping to order everything in one go.

I know its a big job but S2000 will probably be down most of the year for other mods anyways so I figure slow n steady is OK.

 

Pretty sure my Robbins roof came with everything needed -- except instructions. All the parts anyway.

I bought the rivets at HD. I cannot remember the length but it was very evident whether it would work or not once the top was off.

Make sure you buy stainless steel ones.
