hi guyz, just installed set of hardtop strikers on my 00. noticed that the top won't go up properly, it leaves a small gap and apparently is caused by HT striker. i have to manually push it and adjust the top myself. the latch also feel tigher now.
after pushing the top to fit in to the HT striker, the softop looks OK and normal, no gap anymore. tried to put down and up again, same thing happens.
just wondering anybody experienced this as well ?? or it is normal ?

I installed the hardtop strikers with no problems. It eliminated the nasty wind noise at higher speeds. I notice that the fit is tighter and I have to pull down the left side down a bit to 'hook' it in the striker.
