Softop leak

Softop leak
Hi All,
I recently had my soft top replaced because it was leaking into the trunk. Unfortunately the top is still leaking. I've taken it back to the repair shop and they now insist that the leak is coming in through the tail lights. At this point the shop refuses to work with the car and are adamant that the top is installed correctly.
I've linked a video below of me pouring water in the corner and where it's coming in. Please note that the water stayed inside the soft top rim and never flowed over onto the body. If anyone has any ideas to the cause, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I did my own top and that is from the rain rail/top not being installed right. You have to pretty much disassemble the whole interior/rear tray/seats/trim pieces even to have decent access to the top. I wouldn't be surprised if they were learning on your car. When I bought mine and did the 3rd top (previous owner had Honda do it) there were many fasteners missing/broken on the rear tray and rain rail.
The top has to come off or at least pull it apart enough to see what happened with the rain rail/top. They hang on 11 studs on the body and have to be in the correct holes and on the correct studs and in the correct order.

I was thinking after I wrote this that it is also possible that the buckets/drain tubes the rain rail drains into are clogged. I think I have read they can get clogged with pine needles and such.
