Default Sounds in Cabin are killllling me

Hey guys. Ill get straight to the point as i've been looking through other threads like this but do not find the simliar problems...
It kills me everytime i get in the car and have someone setting with me there is seems to be like a plastic on plastic noise coming from their seat, but the seat is moved forward and not leaned back. I have observed for a little while and think it may be the seatbelt on the leather, because i tested it on mine an it sounds familiar but not as loud and doesn't happen when i sit. It happens even when the passenger doesn't move...

Im not to concerned about this as i am with the seat...
but, when i have the top up (sometimes this happens sometimes its doesnt) there a realllly weird sound which i know people have heard similiar before but its a very strong vibrating noise at about 3k-3.8k and around idle as well... its coming from the back it seems like... If you have any idea please let me know. Im not to concerned about this as i am with the seats...

Help!

Do you have an aftermarket high flow cat or tp?

if so it could be resonating / vibrating on the underbody?

I bumped my exhaust, and there's a MINOR crease on the bend which forced the cat over to the right. At 3k-4k where's the most resonance I have the same symptoms you described because it's vibrating against the underbody.

While I can't say you have the same issue, my symptoms are very similar and that's the cause.
