Hello folks, my S2000 was in getting a new ignition coil fitted and new spark plugs and not long after i got it back i noticed a little rattling noise coming from the engine. I have traced it to the black spark plug cover that is rattling. Has anyone experienced this before and is there an easy fix for this as it is quite annoying!

 

Tighten the screws???

 

 

pull the cover off and make sure nothing was left in there, put it back on, torque it correctly and be on your way.

 

I would be willing to bet that the coil boots were not pushed down far enough onto the spark plugs. well ok, maybe not willing to bet... but check it out-
