Default Spark plug recomendations for AP1?

Well, it's about that time to replace the plugs. I'm at 131k and I had all the plugs changed at ~30k thanks to the TSB about #4 cylinder plug torque issues a while back.

So those of you who have already changed plugs do you recommend the factory plugs or something else for better response? Also, do you recommend stock plug gap or something else?

the stock plugs are ngk platinums, i upgraded to the iridium ngk. it actually runs better now, i like it with the new plugs. but yes, i agree, i tried the bosch platinum/iridium fusion +4, and i burnt all 4 plugs in about 2 months, and the car ran like crap... DO NOT BUY THE BOSCH PLUGS

How the hell did you blow out #4 cyl? Was it due to the plug torque issue?
