Default spark plugs

Hey guys, im replacing my spark plugs because when i took the head to get worked on i guess i left the spark plugs in there and the shop accidently threw them away. what spark plugs would you guys recommend putting in? am i better off going to honda and getting oem? or ive heard good things about the ngk bkr7e, going on a stock car.

BKR8 is actual updated heat range, 7 was 200-2001 and was decided to warm of a heat range, I'd get Iridiums I have a set of BKR8's if you want them shoot me a pm, I'll sell them to you cheaper than you can buy anywhere.

#7746 FTW - NGK's upgrade over their own OEM plug. You get an iridium center electrode and a tapered (less shrouded) ground electrode for the same price as OEM.

and would I be able to find those at autozone or some other auto store or would I have to order them online?

Stock heat range is 7, did a search lol I kept hearing it was 8.

so whats the verdict, is 7746 a real "upgrade" to the oem?

Are you referring to Denso iridium or NGK? They are very different.
