Default Sputtering problem

So a few weeks ago I had to rebolt my turbo to my manifold and I had to get a new fuel pump. I put in an AEM 320 e85 pump in. My car is has a turbo and is pushing 512whp. And anyway the shop decided to just use the stock wiring for the pump and I picked the car up and it ran fine for a week or so then I was driving it and got in the throttle a bit and got to a stoplight. As I pulled away it started sputtering between 3-5k RPMs and then under WOT it sputters and then feels like it's running on 3 cylinders. Just like barely any power. I've already replaced my plugs at .20 gap. And still no luck. But I ordered an SOS wiring kit which is waiting for me when I get home next week. Do you guys think that will solve the problem? Thanks.
