Default Squeak from front of valve cover?

Hey, so I noticed today (oddly enough the day after I blasted my worm gear and replaced the TCT, so it might be related) that after my car warms up, I get a slight rhythmic squeak from the breaker filter I have on the front port of my valve cover. See attached pic.

The noise is coming directly out of that hole. I took off the filter and no change. Only audible from ide, though I have a berk exhaust so it could just drown it out at speed. Not from the TCT itself or any other part. Possible causes? Time for valve adjustment? Did my TCT worm gear blast mess something up? Oil/lubrication problem?

Upon further research on google and such, I came across a coule of old threads from on here, but still want opinions.

According to here:
https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/747...ver-squeaking/

the noise is normal?

How many miles? My first guess would be the serpentine tensioner pulley assy may need replacing. Can you tell if the squeal is originating from the pulley area?

Just rolled over 60k; the noise is coming from inside the breather filter. I've taken it off and listened with my ear right up to every part immediately around the area. I'm hoping it's nothing serious.

Take a stethoscope and listen to the car. Sometimes noise are from other places and you only hear where it's closest
