Default Starting issues

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yd2zoIrFSP8

This problem started happening a month ago, only from cold starts and not all the time. I press the ignition and the car turns over but it sounds like crap and the whole car shakes. After I give it some gas, it idles right. The car drives normally and starts up normally when hot. The CEL comes on due to misfires. I changed the spark plugs and I did a compression test...about 230 all cylinders. Thoughts?

After spark plugs changed? Still misfiring?
Did you try moving or checking the coil packs?
What error code did you get?
What's done to the car?

I haven't pulled codes after changing spark plugs, I'll do that soon. I haven't checked the coil packs yet. There was misfire in cylinder 3,4 and a coolant circuit code.

The car has been stock for a couple years, previously supercharged. I rebuild the head and a couple pistons were replaced after I got metal in my engine. The mechanic had a spare engine he used as a donor. The car has been driven stock without any problems for a while.
