I own an Ap2 and I've been having this startup issue for a while and I can't figure out what it is.

Anytime after my car has been sitting for a few hours, my car would have trouble starting. The car violently shakes and idles really low like 600rpms for a second or two then goes up to normal rpms.

It feels like as if the car is choking.

To actually start the car I usually have to hold the start button for a while or have to press it more than once but the low idle and shaking is always there then goes away after a second.

I really need help figuring this out.
I have a new map sensor, new tps, and new iac installed, and spark plugs are 5 months old, and advanced auto parts claimed my battery was good

 

Also I would like to add that sometimes the car would die after it shakes. Then after that it starts up fine right after.

-I do let the fuel prime once, twice, even three times and still no difference
