Hi All

I recently took a bit of a knock from another car on one of the front wheels when I had full lock on and when I go over bumps there is a knocking from the front of the car.

When I jacked the car up to investigate I notice that if I turn the roadwheels from lock to lock, when the rack reaches the end of the travel (or the steering lock if that is activated) then there is a clonk noise.

I know sometimes cars do make this noise but it seems a bit worse. Not sure if its the problem I am having or if the S2000 rack is a bit noisier without the damping effect of any hydraulic fluid......

Any ideas? desperately hoping its not the rack which has gone as Honda UK want £2500 for a new rack (not fitted !!)
