Default Steering Rack Torque specs

i just got my T1R Front Anti-Bumpsteer kit in and i was wondering what the torque specs are for the 4 bolts that hold the streering rack in. I think i saw that they are torqued to 32 ft lbs but i just want to make sure.

Thanks
Jeff
