Default Steering wheel doesn't return to center.

Hey how's it going, so I got my alignment everything is squared away. 6.5 caster, -2.5 degrees camber, and 0 toe in front. As I drive I can turn the wheel to the left and leave it, and it will continue to stay left. Feels like there is a bit of resistance when I turn the steering wheel. Any ideas? I don't believe anything is bent, or worn either. It was working fine before I swap my rims.

caster affects the wheel return, I haven't checked the specs but is your setting within spec ?.

6.5 is a lot of caster and will slow down the wheel centering.

High caster will SPEED UP the wheel centering, so I assure you 100% caster is not your problem, as long as you say caster is 6.5 degrees on both sides.

If so, then you have an EPS issue. Seen this before first hand.

if the problem started right after the alignment, then they lost the neutral center of the EPS system.

It either happened between the front rack bump steer kit, extended ball joint, spc camber arm, and then alignment. I didn't drive my car before any of those modifications to avoid any damage.

As far as a bent rack, I don't drive my car and everything was fine before I did those few mods posted above. And yes, everything is torqued down and tight.

It feels like it's fighting me in every turn.

I have max caster around 6.8 with 255s square and I have the same centering issue even with my dd wheels with 215/245s. I am thinking of going to around 4.5-5 the next alignment.

My friends alignment machine must be out of whack lol. It told me to put it at 6.5 and it was the OEM spec.
