I have decided to get rid of my aem cold-air intake, but I don't have the stock air box and I'd rather not have to buy one. It has only been on the car for 5,000 miles and it sounds great. So, would anyone around the NY/NJ area like to trade?


My question is...would I even notice the difference in power when I have the stock air box? I have an electronic cut-out so I really don't care about sound.

 

Sorry to hijack your thread, but this is very interesting to me. Are you talking about an exhaust cut-out? If so, can you please PM me the details? Pics? Links?

 

I believe Jegs sells them. I've seen them advertised in "Grass Roots Motorsports" too.
