I'm selling the test/straight pipe in the Group Buy forum. About the O2 sensor, you can buy a O2 simulator from www.casperselectronics.com

that's a really good question. I always think of CC as being the most restrictive part of the exhaust, but often times a manufacturer account of that well enough that it doesn't matter.

What do you mean by straight pipe? If you are talking about just removing the exhaust (cat back), then you don't have to worry about the O2 sensor. If you are talking about removing the cat, then there are issues. If you don't have a cat., then your CEL will come on. Some people have been able to prevent the CEL by using O2 simulators, but they reportedly don't work on the '01-'03 models.
