Hi,

I have a funny noise coming from one of the front wheel areas in the car.

If i push down on the fender it squeaks, it also squeaks when turning the wheel and makes a dodgy broken grinding type noise when driving along in a straight line.

Anyone had anything similar? some advise and any experience of cost etc... would be much appreciated

A metallic squeak? Or a rubbery squeak? If its a rubbery squeak it could deal w/ CV boots?

 

Sorry to bring up an old thread. I was searching and this thread brought up the exact same problems that I have.

May I get some insight and help on this matter? Thanks a LOT.

EDIT: I thought I add that my car is stock, no susp. mods.
