Strut Tower Bar Install help

what are the torque specs on the front upper strut tower bolts?

Don't have my Helms handy, but I just did a removal last weekend, from memory the spec is 36 ft-lbs. They're actually nuts on studs, not bolts.

nuts...bolts...whatever.....the silver pretty things that turn and look like a stop sign
