Default Suspension Issues

Hi Everyone!

I took my car to an alignment shop about two months ago, but when they tried to set the camber correctly they told me that the passenger front camber would not budge and stay at -2 degrees. They were trying to set it around -1 degree. My car noticeably pulls to the left when I drive. The front passenger side was hit a while back and I purchased it as-is. I am stuck as to what it can be.. Any ideas? It bugs me that one side of the fender is 1" higher than the other relative to the top of the tires. Thanks!
